By appointment only. Although a professionally operated clinic, its located with a home, and bookings are essential. We are very busy and often booked out at times 7-10 days in advance as I run the mobile side of the business also, I am just hiring staff now to have more availability so please be patient. Etiquette of a professional home business
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment time for new clients. We have a waiting area for you in the house, and fill in a form in the waiting room it will have you first name on it ready.
- For follow up appointments please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Please turn your phone down, and take any calls outside for the comfort of those in treatments next to the waiting room please.
Please feel free to have some water or our home made pro-biotic kombutcha
and to use the bathroom (opposite the waiting room). We have two treatment rooms the house and the cabin, your therapist will direct you in when you appointment time is due. * Rebook fees $20 same day when changed under 4 hours * Cancellations under 4 hours incurs 50% of booking fee

Please note to get the appointment you want, its best to book 24-48 hours in advance.
For any bookings under 4 hours, we have a $30 surcharge
as we need to organize staff with no notice, who then have to restructure there times and days to suit.
We open at 6am for International guests that require a massage to “freshen up” and reduce fatigue when in on business. We work until 10pm for those guests or locals who wish to have a massage after their dinner. Please note, this is not an adult service.
Mobile Facials ## Open 7 days a week 10am to 10pm
We will travel to the city and around Auckland. I have learned that its far easier for Mums to have the “beauty come to them”, then try and get out with children. Yes, we work later to accommodate 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm are hot times!
