A sports or remedial massage is delivered after assessing daily activities, physical patterns and posture, exercise routines, old or current injuries. Dry Needling
- Rebecca is registered with the New Zealand Blood Register following safe 1 needle 1 insertion practices, and disposal.
- is used for pain reduction caused by trigger points or taut bands in muscle tissue restoring muscle function and strength.
- It can reduce inflammation, improve joint mobility & even reduce inflamed soft tissues following acute injuries.
- I always gain consent, then talk you through the process, including those who are wary and anxious.
- There are times where needles are actually more comfortable than massage.
Cupping
- can draw possibly stagnated blood out to be renewed.
- Great for post sports treatments and older pain conditions such as lower back issues.
- Like Dry Needling it will be discussed prior to treatment

Pregnancy Massage is safe in any Trimester for most woman. Generally woman that are pregnant are firstly fatigued as their body is growing another wee person, and if they are working or already have other children it can be hard to get enough rest. Massage fast tracks some decent rest, you will sleep well after one of my treatments.
