Important information about our clinic:
We offer treatments by appointment only – no walk-ins (We do not operate like mall massage). Our minimum booking is 30 minutes. You need an hours notice to book online OR you can book in by calling our reception service on 09 627 7243.
*IMPORTANT – Cancellations, change of booking or no show, within 24 hours prior to appointment will incur 100% cancellation fee. We send out 2 x email reminders, one 48 hour reminder and then another at 24 hours. This ensures we have plenty of time to rebook other clients, or make plans in our business and for our workers.
Our newly renovated clinic in West Auckland is located at 396b Don Buck Road, Massey.
We have 2 airconditioned treatment rooms and a welcoming reception area with water fountain and eco friendly recyclable cups. We also have super comfortable and warm, electric tables to help you relax. You won’t come out more uncomfortable than you came in!
We have no shop front. Our stair case is located between the Kiwi Roast and Pizza Club shops, in the original block of Massey shops by the Triangle and Don Buck Roads roundabout. You may also recognise this location as it’s opposite the Mobil petrol station, in the section of shops with the Pharmacy, Hospice and Dairy.
There is ample free parking both in front of and behind the clinic, with no time constraints. If you’re in for more than 60 minutes however, you may wish to consider parking on the road side to free up carparks for the other short stop businesses.
We have security cameras installed in the stairway and reception to protect our property and for our workers personal safety. We do not have cameras in treatment rooms.
You’re in Safe Hands
We are qualified and experienced staff, with a minimum of 18 months training in Massage and we are ALL First Aid trained as well.
Our therapists focus on you, your treatment goals, and any aftercare advice needed to help you remain mobile and active. You do not need to have painful massage to get results or benefits! All our staff will consult with you before your massage, every time you visit. We take notes after each massage so that we can refer to them in future and keep up with any changes you are experiencing.
We gift you $5 of your next treatment when you refer a client to us that books, uses and pays for an hour massage. We will email you a voucher, and you can use that when you’re next in.
Five Star Google & Facebook Reviews

Cleanliness, Comfort and Full Treatment Time as Advertised
We work hard to ensure you receive a top class treatment, our treatment time as advertised is what you will get: from hands on, to hands off. We endeavor to be on time, and we massage you using freshly laundered, clean, comfy, AND warm linen. Our rooms are at a comfortable temperature -warm in the colder months and cool in the warmer months.
We have covered memory foam on our tables to ensure you don’t go out more stiff and sore than when you came in (especially important if you’re over 40!). We clean our clients clothing basket and the table between EVERY client and we have special laundry for infection control, not just the concern of COVID, but any other viruses or bacteria that humans can pass to each other.
Gift Vouchers – Expiry Extensions following COVID disruptions; please get in touch and allow 3-4 week to get in
From February 2023 I am going to be making a significant shift in my treatments – I will be dropping many Beauty Treatments and implementing Acupuncture and ACC into my practice, followed by Tuina (Chinese Massage) and then Chinese Herbal Medicine.
You can no longer buy Gift Vouchers online from my current booking system, due to the change over to a new booking system in July 2022, we will be reducing Voucher Sales as I start to be even more therapeutic in treatment, and working towards doing not just pain and injuries, but treatment for immunity, health issues that Acupuncture can support. Massage will be reduced, and instead, the options will be offering about 10 hours of Remedial Massage per week, and I will be adding massage into Acupuncture treatments (2023).
*With our current Gift Vouchers. We do not refund. Our Vouchers do expire now, but we understand that a Gift Voucher is a lot of money to spend. You can extend the expiry OR transfer or re-gift your Voucher, just get in touch.
Conditions to No Expiry are as follows: If the Voucher is used within one year of the Date Purchased, it remains the price brought. However, if the voucher is used after six months of the Date Purchased, the Amount is STILL VALID, but you may need to top up the price difference to match any price increases.
Dry Needling is an excellent way to reduce pain quickly and often less painfully than massage, when your injured or in pain. I can talk you through the process and start with 1-2 needles to get used to them. Session can be a part of a Massage OR separately From 30 – 60 mins. Great for calming the body, often needling in pain, is actually more comfortable than strong massage.
Cupping has been used for thousands of years all around the world, most commonly known from Acupuncture. Cupping can be gentle to moderate to strong depending on your constitution. It can be done in many areas to improve circulation, our life force!

Why Choose Massage?
Massage treatments have far wider reaching benefits than simply being relaxing.
Muscle pain and headaches can be eased, anxiety and depression soothed, and sleep patterns improved.
